West District XC Relays

Took place in Irvine beach park. Avoided the famous Dragon's Back but plenty of
other sting in the tails around the course. Twisty and undulating.

Next race is the Lanarkshire Relays and we hope to have a good squad for this one.

making a good debut on the country with the senior men. Stephen Matthews rose
to the pressure this weekend.
