Shettleston won the team prize on a horrible day with gales and driving rain. This prevented many of the faster runners to get under 6min miles which showed on the results.
Iain, Martin, Mark and Dennis were the first four counters with John, Willie and Avril also out running in the difficult conditions.

how thin you've got! are you training well?!?
correct ! Training very well but not racing well . Can manage 5.25 minute miles in runs but poor in races.
I see Pietro was racing in England ?
He came 4th ?
